Wyatt Welcomes Alexander Mulhall to the Firm

Wyatt is pleased to welcome Alexander S. Mulhall to its Lexington office. Mr. Mulhall will be joining the Firm’s Real Estate & Lending Service Team, and in particular a group of the firm’s lawyers who assist Fortune 500 clients with their real estate leasing work on a national basis. He will also assist other clients in all aspects of real estate transactions, general business and corporate law.

Prior to joining Wyatt, Mr. Mulhall practiced with a large regional firm in the area of commercial mortgage-backed securities, where he represented lenders in negotiations with nationwide borrowers in regard to multi-million dollar loans. Mr. Mulhall was also a corporate law clerk with LG&E and KU Energy. Mr. Mulhall received his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude and was the class representative for the Student Bar Association. He earned his undergraduate degree from Centre College in Politics and English.
