Bethany Beal is a member of the Firm’s Corporate & Securities Service Team and concentrates her practice in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions by providing operational, regulatory and transactional support. Her practice also includes real estate law. Prior to joining Wyatt, Ms. Beal was a Judicial Law Clerk for Senior Judge Thomas B. Russell of the Western District of Kentucky. She received her J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, magna cum laude, and her B.A. in Sociology from Georgetown College, magna cum laude. Ms. Beal is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and is based in Wyatt’s Louisville office.

Victoria Boland Fuller is a member of the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team and her practice includes appellate practice, constitutional law and commercial litigation.  She also provides operational, regulatory and transactional support to nonprofit and tax-exempt organizations. Prior to joining Wyatt, Ms. Fuller was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable William O. Bertelsman of the Eastern District of Kentucky. She was recognized by her peers as a Kentucky Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2024 and 2025 for Business Litigation and General Litigation. Ms. Fuller earned her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, summa cum laude, and M.A. and B.A. in Teaching and Psychology from Lee University, summa cum laude. Ms. Fuller is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and is based in Wyatt’s Louisville office.

Eric Feldpausch is a member of the Firm’s Corporate & Securities Service Team and concentrates his practice in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. He is also a member of the firm’s Public Finance Team. Prior to joining Wyatt, Mr. Feldpausch was a member of the United States Peace Corps. He received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law, M.B.A. from the University of Louisville and B.A. in Economics from Kentucky Wesleyan College. Mr. Feldpausch is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and is based in Wyatt’s Louisville office.

Alex Mulhall is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate & Lending Service Team and concentrates his practice in real estate leasing, transactions, general business and corporate law. He earned his J.D. from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, cum laude, where he also clerked at LG&E and KU Energy. He earned his B.A. in both Politics and English from Centre College. Mr. Mulhall is admitted to practice law in Kentucky and is based in Wyatt’s Lexington office.

Elizabeth Penn is a member of the Firm’s Corporate & Securities Service Team and concentrates her practice in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions. Elizabeth graduated valedictorian from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law, where she was Editor in Chief of the University of Louisville Law Review and earned her B.S. in Economics and Finance from Centre College, magna cum laude. Elizabeth is admitted to practice law in Kentucky.
