Lindsay K. Scott is a member of Wyatt’s Health Care Service Team. Lindsay concentrates her practice in transactional and regulatory health care law. She advises health care providers on compliance with state and federal licensure and reimbursement matters and fraud, abuse, and privacy requirements, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act and HIPAA. Lindsay has significant experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts for clients in the health care industry.

  • Advises clients on regulatory compliance with the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute
  • Negotiates Medicare Advantage and Medicaid managed care contracts on behalf of provider clients
  • Advises value-based enterprises on compliance with value-based arrangement requirements and standards under Stark and Anti-Kickback
  • Advises providers on Kentucky certificate of need and state licensure matters
  • Assists clients with Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and reimbursement matters
  • Negotiates compliant personal services, employment, and lease agreements on behalf of providers

  • Advises clients on HIPAA and HITECH Act compliance
  • Advises clients on participation with CMS and payor-sponsored model programs, including accountable care organizations and chronic kidney care models
