Emily Irwin is a member of Wyatt’s Corporate & Securities Service Team.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general business matters.  She is also a Certified Public Accountant.  Her accounting background is valuable to her clients. She represents clients in stock and asset purchases, mergers, structuring real estate partnerships, real estate developments and complex contract negotiations in a variety of industries, including healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and retail.
