Emily Irwin is a member of Wyatt’s Corporate & Securities Service Team. She concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and general business matters. She is also a Certified Public Accountant. Her accounting background is valuable to her clients. She represents clients in stock and asset purchases, mergers, and complex contract negotiations in a variety of industries.
