Turney Berry, leader of the Firm’s Trusts, Estates and Personal Planning Team wrote a review of Bridget J. Crawford’s article, “Blockchain Wills,” most recently published in the September 2019 issue of Indiana Law Journal. Mr. Berry touches on several points made in the article regarding how we think of wills, and how Blockchain technology will affect the way wills are executed.
