Turney Berry Featured in ACTEC Foundation Podcast

The leader of Wyatt’s Estate Planning practice and an American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Fellow, Turney Berry, recorded a podcast called “The Basics of the Estate Administration Exception to Avoid Self-Dealing Prohibitions” that was released today by the ACTEC Foundation. ACTEC Fellows are leading members of the Trust and Estate (T&E) profession who have made a substantial contribution to the T&E field.
