The partners of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP have approved the election of Lindsay Scott and Beth Anderson as partners in the firm.

Ms. Scott concentrates her practice in transactional and regulatory health care law. She advises health care providers on compliance with state and federal licensure and reimbursement matters and fraud, abuse, and privacy requirements, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act and HIPAA. Ms. Scott has significant experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts for clients in the health care industry. Ms. Scott serves on the board of Bridgehaven Mental Health Services and is a graduate of the Health Enterprises Network 2020 Healthcare Fellows Program. She earned her J.D. from University of North Carolina Law School, and her B.A. magna cum laude from Eastern University.

Ms. Anderson concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust administration, estate tax, inheritance tax, gift tax, probate and business planning. She is an active member of the American Bar Association’s Section of Real Property Trust & Estate Law and serves as the Assistant Secretary, Trust and Estates Division, a Member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and a Reporter for the Heckerling Institute. She is the Chair of the Estate Planning Council of Metro Louisville, a Member of the Louisville Bar Association’s Board of Directors and an advocate for the Louisville Free Public Library. Ms. Anderson earned her L.L.M. from the Philip E. Heckerling Graduate Program in Estate Planning at the University of Miami School of Law and her J.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Law.
