Business First Honors Mark Farmer with “Forty Under 40” Award

According to Business First, “Forty Under 40” is a select group of up-and-comers who are on the leading edge in their occupations and share their time and talents in community service.”  More than 600 people were nominated for this honor and the award winners were selected by a panel of judges from the Louisville area business community who have “demonstrated that they are and will play a vital role in the development of Greater Louisville.”

Mark Farmer is a Partner and member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities Team and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. He concentrates his practice in general business law, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital investments. He represents clients in stock and asset purchases, mergers, debt and equity financing and complex contract negotiations in various industries, including technology, healthcare, financial services, distilled spirits and international manufacturing.
