Franklin Jelsma, the Firm’s Managing Partner, said “We’re pleased to add Jon to our Real Estate team. He is intimately familiar with all of the region’s planning and zoning regulations and policies. He’s also well-known and well-regarded among developers and citizen groups. We couldn’t be happier that when it came time to enter private practice, Jon decided Wyatt was the right firm for him.”
Mr. Baker has extensive experience litigating zoning and land use appeals in state and federal court, and advising Louisville Metro elected officials, boards, agencies and departments on land use-related matters. He joins the Firm as a Partner in the Real Estate & Lending Service Team.
