Theodore T. Myre, Jr.

How do your clients define success?

Most of my clients define success measured by their ability to help others, whether those others are patients, children at risk, individuals struggling with addiction or youngsters seeking a good education. Those clients generally want to break even at the least or even generate net revenue based upon the “no margin, no mission” credo, or if they are health care providers, to earn an honest day’s pay. Even my business clients who are bottom-line driven have the goal of making the world a better place and doing it the right way.

Tad Myre concentrates his practice in the areas of health care, taxation, nonprofit organizations, and general business law.  He is the former Co-Chair of the Firm’s Health Care Service Team, and he has extensive experience in the areas of health care organizations, including hospitals and physician practices, tax-exempt organizations, small business and joint ventures.
