Odell Horton is a member of the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team. He concentrates his practice in the areas of governmental affairs, municipal law, construction disputes, labor union controversies and negotiations, commercial litigation, healthcare litigation and entertainment law.  Mr. Horton assists businesses with navigating governmental issues, contracts, workforce issues, and litigation and also has experience in conducting general and healthcare/research investigations.  In addition, Mr. Horton represents and provides counsel, including contract review, to artists and management companies in the entertainment industry.  Mr. Horton also Chairs the Firm’s Diversity Committee.
