- Represented employers in individual, consolidated and class action litigation involving employment discrimination, wage and hour law, non-competition and non-solicitation agreements and other disputes.
- Resolved commercial litigation matters for large corporations through summary judgment motions, jury trials, bench trials, mediations, arbitration and settlement negotiations.
- Drafted three briefs filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and successfully argued before the Tennessee Court of Appeals in Nashville, Tennessee.
