How do your clients define success?
For estate planning clients, success is found when each client establishes a comprehensive plan that accomplishes all of his or her objectives. These goals vary greatly but can include avoiding state or federal tax burdens, protecting wealth for future generations, or accomplishing charitable giving goals. For estate administration clients, success is found when we are able to explain and help through every step of the probate process, so they can administer their loved one’s estate with care and in a timely and efficient manner.
Emmy Daunhauer is a member of the Firm’s Trusts, Estates & Personal Planning Service Team. She concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and business planning, trust administration, probate and taxation.
