Chris Brooker is now licensed to practice law in Indiana, as well as Kentucky.  As the leader of the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Service team, Mr. Brooker serves as lead counsel in a wide array of cases at the trial level, including contract, fiduciary, health care, constitutional, gaming, and trademark cases. He also has extensive experience as lead counsel in both state and federal appellate courts. Mr. Brooker has practiced for over 20 years in the federal courts of Indiana, and is now licensed to practice in Indiana state courts.  He earned his J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
