Max Bridges, member of the Firm's Natural Resources & Environmental Service Team, will be presenting at the Kentucky Chamber's 21st Annual Kentucky Environmental Permitting and Reporting Conference on Wednesday, August 15. Max's presentation will provide a litigation update of the EPA's Boiler MACT rule and an update on the status of the rule and its applicability to regulated entities subject to the Boiler MACT. The Boiler MACT rule regulates the emissions of hazardous air pollutants from boilers located at major sources of these pollutants. In March 2018, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals partially upheld and partially rejected the rule.
