  • Kevin and Diana Greenhill v. Group 1 Automotive, Inc., No. 14-CI-01994, Jefferson Circuit Court - Obtained order dismissing plaintiffs' Kentucky Consumer Protection Act claims for lack of personal jurisdiction.
  • Walter Wilkening, et al. v. Oldham County Board of Education, No. 14-309, United States Supreme Court - Drafted Brief in Opposition to petitioners' Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court.
  • Michael Jenkins v. BAE Systems Land & Armament Division, No. 120403-54526-A - Co-counsel in defending armament company in a dispute with the union over the company's short-term disability policy; arbitration award in favor of defense.
  • Guangzhou Consortium Product Co. v. PNC Bank, No. 2:11-CV-00005, Eastern District of Kentucky - Part of team defending PNC Bank against plaintiff's lender liability claims and prosecuting the bank's counterclaims against plaintiff; summary judgment in favor of PNC Bank.
  • Dr. Girish J. Kotwal v. Dr. Hien Trane, et al., No. 3:12-CV-00695, Western District of Kentucky - Obtained order dismissing plaintiff's Title VII claims of religious, national origin, and gender discrimination and ADEA claim of age discrimination on grounds that plaintiff failed to state a claim and lack of personal jurisdiction.
  • First Federal Bank, FSB v. Pentegra Defined Benefit Plan for Financial Institutions, et al., No. 5:13-CV-110, Eastern District of Kentucky - Represented bank in seeking a preliminary injunction to prevent defendant from expelling bank's employees from defendant's pension plan.
  • Pastor Barry L. Ginyard, Sr. v. Church of God In Christ Kentucky First Jurisdiction, No. 3:13-CV-931, Western District of Kentucky - Co-counsel in defending church against claims by former pastor of negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unjust termination, and due process violations; obtained order dismissing plaintiff's claims with prejudice.
  • Jefferson County Board of Education - Defended the Board against numerous claims, including claims of discrimination, breach of contract, personal injury, negligence, defamation, and conspiracy.
