Kate Van Namen is a member of the Firm's  Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team.  She is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi, and concentrates her practice in the areas of general and commercial civil litigation. Ms. Van Namen has experience counseling and representing clients in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, product liability cases, intellectual property matters, breach of contract suits, construction litigation, breach of fiduciary duty actions, business tort claims including lender liability, unfair competition, theft of trade secrets and fraud, and other complex litigation.
