Amanda Warford Edge is a member of the Firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution team.  She represents clients in a variety of cases, including employment matters and commercial disputes.  She is licensed to practice law in both Kentucky and Indiana.

Representative Matters

  • Libertarian National Committee, Inc. v. Holiday.  No. 14-63-GFVT.  2014 WL 511583 (E.D. Ky.):  Part of a team that successfully defended a public broadcaster from a motion for preliminary injunction brought by a U.S. Senate candidate demanding an appearance on a televised forum.
  • Assisted in representing an institution of higher education in Open Records and Open Meetings actions before the Jefferson Circuit Court and the Kentucky Court of Appeals.
  • Assisted in advising Kentucky and Indiana based boards of education in a myriad of matters, including compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Assisted in representing a county board of education and other Kentucky employers in traditional employment matters, including employment discrimination cases and wrongful discharge cases.
  • Part of a team that obtained a favorable judgment in the Western District of Kentucky involving potentially several million dollars of past and future royalties for our client.
  • Through a partnership with Legal Aid Society, successfully represented victims of domestic violence/abuse in their attempts to obtain domestic violence orders.
