Representative Matters

  • Successfully obtained injunctive relief for a Fortune 500 company against a former employee who had been receiving "kick back" payments from various customers and suppliers
  • Represented various clients in multi-state asbestos litigation
  • Represented clients through numerous insurers in a variety of litigation matters
  • Successfully obtained injunctive relief and ultimately settled a matter for a corporation against former employees who were allegedly breaching their non-compete agreements with the corporation
  • Defended an international company on various claims, including actions alleging products liability, negligence, fraud and violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act
  • Represented a national pizza chain involving claims of disability discrimination
  • Represented local land developer and investors in lawsuit alleging a breach of contract for the other party's failure to remit substantial funds pursuant to a contract entered into by the parties
  • Defended national wireless telephone company in a breach of contract action
  • Defended national company in lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and constructive discharge
  • Obtained summary judgment for various financial institutions in lender liability, breach of contract and fraud actions
  • Obtained summary judgment for international clients in $10 million wrongful death suit
