Wyatt is pleased to welcome Rachel M. Rice to the Firm's Memphis office. Ms. Rice will concentrate her practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and securities transactions. Prior to joining Wyatt, Ms. Rice interned for Missouri Congresswoman Vicky Hartzler. She also interned for Broadway Entertainment, Inc., an independent studio that produces and distributes original comedic content for every platform from television, to film to digital studios. Productions include Saturday Night Live, the The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Mean Girls, Tommy Boy and Wayne's World. Ms. Rice earned her J.D., from the University of North Carolina School of Law and her B.A, from the University of Mississippi. She is licensed to practice law in Tennessee.
While in law school, Ms Rice served as the Publications Editor of the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation; as a member of the Holderness Moot Court National Team; Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Association; Vice President of Pro Bono Work; member of the Media Law Society; and Attorney General Staff Member for the UNC Graduate and Professional Honor System.
