W. Craig Robertson, III has been named Partner in Charge of Wyatt’s Lexington office, the firm’s second largest office. Robertson follows Mark Burton, who served 12 years in the position and remains Chairman of the Firm’s Executive Committee. Wyatt is a regional law firm with five offices across Kentucky, Tennessee and Indiana.
Managing Partner Franklin Jelsma announced the new appointment: “Craig is the ideal person to lead our Lexington office. He has a tremendous commitment to his clients and the law firm. He will set a very positive tone in the office, and represent us well in the city of Lexington.”

In addition to his new position, Mr. Robertson will maintain his full time litigation practice. He is a member of the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction, equine, banking, intellectual property, professional malpractice, insurance and appellate law. Mr. Robertson earned his J.D. from the University of Kentucky, where he was named Order of the Coif, and his undergraduate degree, with high distinction, also from the University of Kentucky. He is a graduate of both the Leadership Lexington and Leadership Kentucky programs. Mr. Robertson has been honored with the Highest Professional AV Rating by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and recognized by Woodward/White’s The Best Lawyers in America®, Benchmark Litigation and Super Lawyers®.
