Wyatt Announces New Partners and Executive Committee Members

Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP is pleased to announce that the following attorneys have been elected to join the partnership:  Byron N. Brown, IV, Jason E. Dare, Kacey L. Faughnan, Sharon L. Gold, Michelle Tolle High, Michael I. Less, Jordan E, Reifler, Sara Veeneman, Matthew Williams, and Kristen Mistretta Wilson. 

Bryon N. Brown, IV is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi, and he concentrates his practice in general and commercial civil litigation and white collar criminal defense.  Mr. Brown practices in the Firm’s Memphis office.

Jason E. Dare concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, governmental liability, medical malpractice, real estate and land disputes, and insurance law.  Mr. Dare practices in the Firm’s Jackson office.

Kacey L. Faughnan  is a member of the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team.  She concentrates her practice in all areas of commercial litigation in both federal and state courts.  Ms. Faughnan practices in the Firm’s Memphis office.

Sharon L. Gold concentrates her practice in all areas of commercial litigation including class actions, interference with business cases, breach of contract matters, breach of fiduciary duty actions, products liability suits, and other complex litigation.  Ms. Gold practices in the Firm’s Lexington office. 

Michelle Tolle High concentrates her practice in the areas of governmental and public officials liability, labor and employment law, civil rights and general litigation.  Ms. High practices in the Firm’s Jackson office.

Jordan E. Reifler is a member of the Firm's Real Estate and Construction, and Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Teams.  His practice includes the representation of publicly-owned and privately-held commercial real estate developers in the acquisition, development, leasing and management of commercial properties.  Mr. Reifler also provides general litigation support and service to the Firm's clients.  Mr. Reifler practices in the Firm’s Memphis office.

Sara Veeneman is a member of the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team.  She concentrates her practice in commercial litigation and appellate law.  Ms. Veeneman practices in the Firm’s Louisville office.

Matthew Williams concentrates his practice in the area of intellectual property law including patent prosecution and enforcement, trademark prosecution and enforcement, trade secrets, copyrights, client counseling, transaction support, IP licensing, and IP litigation.  Mr. Williams practices in the Firm’s Louisville office.

Kristen Mistretta Wilson is a member of the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team and concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation.  Ms. Wilson practices in the Firm’s Memphis office.

The Firm also named Byron Leet, Frank Mellen and Turney Berry to its Executive Committee.
