Donald J. Kelly has been named Partner in Charge of Wyatt’s Louisville office, the firm’s largest office. Wyatt is a regional law firm with six offices across Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi and Indiana.
Managing Partner Franklin Jelsma announced the new appointment: “Don Kelly is the ideal person to lead our Louisville office. He has a tremendous work ethic and boundless energy. Don leads by example each and every day. He cares deeply about his clients, about this Firm and about the city of Louisville.”

In addition to his new position, Kelly will maintain his full time litigation practice. He is a member of the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team, the leader of the Firm's Toxic Tort and Product Liability practice, and has had three terms on the Firm's Executive Committee. He concentrates his practice in the areas of toxic tort and related environmental litigation, products liability, and commercial disputes. Kelly received his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Louisville, and his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. He has been very active in the community, serving as Chair of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement and Volunteers of America, and as a Member of the Board of Directors of Greater Louisville Inc., the Catholic Education Foundation, and New Hope Foster Homes, among many others.
