Steve Berger and Laura Theilmann serving as bond counsel in Kentucky International Convention Center renovation

Steve Berger and Laura Theilmann, Partners in the Firm's Corporate & Securities Service Team, are serving as bond counsel for the Greater Louisville Convention & Visitor's Bureau in its $207 million renovation of the Kentucky International Convention Center

The renovation and expansion of the center, which is bounded by Second, Fourth, Market and Jefferson streets, will be a nearly two-year project.

Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer was quoted as saying, "The finance team is to be commended for putting together a strong bonding package that resulted in a great interest rate for taxpayers."
