Matthew M. Lubozynski has joined the Memphis office of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP, as a member of the law firm’s Intellectual Property Protection & Litigation Service Team. He concentrates his practice in the area of intellectual property, patent and general litigation matters.
Prior to joining Wyatt, Mr. Lubozynski practiced law with the Atlanta firm of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton, LLP. He was a board member of the Intellectual Property Section of the Atlanta Bar Association, and was recognized as a 2014 Rising Star in the area of general litigation by the Georgia Super Lawyers magazine.

Mr. Lubozynski received his law degree in 2004 from the University of Georgia, where he was a managing editor of the law school’s Journal of Intellectual Property Law. Prior to law school, he played profession baseball in the Los Angeles of Anaheim’s minor league system. He received his undergraduate degree in 1998 from the University of Central Florida, where he was an Academic All-American.
