Amber Floyd, a Senior Associate in the Firm’s Memphis office was named one of the “Top 40 Young Lawyers in America” by the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association. Amber has a passion for serving her community, particularly those who are under-privileged and vulnerable members of our society. She was recently invited to appear on Live @ 9, a show on WREG Memphis News Channel 3, to talk about her recent work coordinating expungement clinics across Tennessee.
Amber concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction and tort law. She has served in various leadership roles in local and state bar associations and currently serves as the Diversity Committee Chair for the Young Lawyers Division of the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA-YLD) as well as the Access to Justice Chair for the Memphis Bar Association. She received the 2016 President’s Distinguished Service Award from the TBA-YLD for her commitment to public service.
