Network Security and Privacy Risk Seminar
January 16, 2013
Energy & Technology Building
3901 Atkinson Square Drive
Louisville, KY 40218
Presented by Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, LLP and Wells Fargo Insurance Services USA, Inc.
Every health care organization has exposure to network risk and privacy liability. The failure to prevent a computer attack or safeguard personally identifiable confidential information, in any format, can lead to significant financial costs for your business and its reputation.
Wyatt and Wells Fargo Insurance invite you to join us for a seminar focusing on these risks and other exposures relating to network security and privacy risk. We have assembled a national-level panel of privacy and network risk professionals, all of whom have extensive, hands-on experience and valuable insight. You will learn about present-day claim scenarios, the current state of the litigation environment, incident response tips, and how to transfer risk in the event of a breach and how to effectively manage internal and external communications to minimize the damage to your organization. We look forward to seeing you.
