Amber Floyd and Odell Horton, members of the Firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Service Team, will be speaking at a CLE seminar which honors the late Judge Constance Baker Motley, the first African American female appointed to the federal bench.  The seminar, presented by the Memphis District Office of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Bar Association and several other government and educational entities, will examine the legacy of Judge Motley and the many cases she litigated.
