On June 3, 2013, Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, in conjunction with the National Business Institute, and along with some friends, will present a comprehensive program addressing Kentucky tax exempt nonprofit organizations.

In addition to Wyatt’s speakers, attendees will hear from Kevin Connelly, Executive Director of the Center for Nonprofit Excellence,  Caroline George Meena, Gift Planning Advisor and Regina Rapier Beckman, Director of Gift Planning, both with the Community Foundation of Louisville.

This is a rare opportunity to receive a complete overview and update on the many issues confronting nonprofit corporations and their directors and officers, as well as key tax and compliance pointers.

Wyatt’s lawyers have long represented nonprofit organizations of all types, as well as individuals, and other organizations, in dealings and transactions with nonprofit organizations.  The Firm’s experienced lineup of professionals includes corporate, tax, and trust and estate planning attorneys.  The all-day presentation will include one hour of attorney ethics credit.
