LaToi D. Mayo is a member of the Firm's Labor & Employment Service Team.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment, and immigration law.

Representative Matters

 

Ms. Mayo routinely counsels employers on employment issues and immigration.  Ms. Mayo has successfully represented employers in state and federal court and in proceedings before the Kentucky Unemployment Commission, the State and Federal Department of Labor, the Workers Compensation Board, the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
