J. Mark Burton is Partner-in-Charge of the Lexington office of Wyatt, Tarrant & Combs, and is Co-Partner-in-Charge of Finance for the Firm.  He is a member of the Firm's Real Estate & Construction Service Team.  He concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate and commercial lending, with an emphasis in real estate conveyancing, IRC §1031 transactions, real estate development, commercial lending and commercial loan work-outs and foreclosures.
