Erin Brisbay McMahon is a Partner in the Firm's Health Care Service Team.  She concentrates her practice in the areas of health care and corporate law.

Representative Matters

 

Ms. McMahon regularly counsels clients, lectures, and writes articles on HIPAA privacy and security compliance.  She works closely with health care facilities, physician practices and physicians in negotiating employment agreements and advising on non-competition issues.  She has also formed numerous business entities, and advises start-up and existing businesses on a variety of issues, including health care compliance, health insurance and managed care, employment, contracting, corporate structuring, and litigation issues.  Ms. McMahon also participates in certificate of need cases.
